The room was very comfortable, with a great view of the
Sea. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options that rejuvenated me for the day ahead. The only downside was the small size of the bathroom, which might be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues.

It has unbeatable, comfortable setting, really close to a beautiful beach, pathway to the lower promenade, and town centre/ harbour area. Furthermore, it is 3 km from the touristic places like Lowestoft Museum.

Fine sea views, free on-street parking, spacious and modern rooms
The thin walls meant I heard too much from neighboring rooms!!! The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly weak, especially from the top floor. Please consider adding a hairdryer for added convenience!!!

Just a solid selection for a getaway in Lowestoft with excellent value. The pre-ordered breakfast options were excellent, with choices, made mornings great. Make sure to ask for your preferred way of having bacon cooked.

We loved staying here with our little kids! The spacious room offered fantastic sea views, and the short walk to the beach was perfect for family fun. Caroline, going out of her way to be friendly and helpful.
In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly activities would enhance the experience.

Family with children great stay
The breakfast was freshly cooked by the hosts and the sea view from our room was just magnificent it really set the stage for lovely mornings. The hosts Andy and Caroline went out of their way to get to know us and shared great local tips .
It wasn't exactly a bargain but when you see the quality and attention to detail it felt worth it.

I had a lovely 1-night stay in the twin room with a garden view. It was spotless and the complimentary snacks were a nice touch. The breakfast selection was excellent, but I did wish the bathroom was a bit larger. I'd definitely return!

Stayed for 1 night in a single room with a sea view and it was beautifull. Super clean and comfy, breakfast was yum and really set me up for the day. It's just a short walk to the promenade which is perfect for exploring. Parking was free right outside which was nice too. And the hosts were really friendly.
